This app does not store any of your personal health information (PHI). All data retrieved stays on your device. This app is not intended for anything except to showcase the SMART on FHIR standard.
2. Your Use of the App
This app is for your personal use to access and view your health information. It is solely for demo purposes as it does not offer very much value to a patient. You are responsible for keeping your login details and device secure.
3. Data Privacy
We do not collect, store, or share your health information. Everything you see in the app is fetched directly from your healthcare provider and stays on your device. The app does not retain any PHI after you close it. The app is for demo purposes and not intended for use by patients.
4. Your Responsibilities
Use the app responsibly and only access information you are authorized to view. Do not share screenshots or export sensitive data unless you fully understand the privacy implications.
5. Security
While we follow the latest security practices, your data's security also depends on the security of your device and network.
6. Third-Party Services
This app connects to healthcare providers and services using the SMART on FHIR standard. We are not responsible for how these third parties handle your data. If you have concerns about your data, contact your healthcare provider directly.
